Tuna Melt
A nice treat and very easy to prepare

| 1 | can 7 oz chunk tuna rinsed and drained |

| 25 g | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 oz
|
| 125 ml | chopped celery |
1/2 cup
|
| 25 ml | sweet pickle relish |
1 tbsp
|
| freshly ground pepper |
|
|
| 6 | slices whole wheat bread or 3 english muffins, split in half |

Directions
- In a bowl, combine tuna,mozzarella cheese, celery and relish. Season with pepper to taste.
- Toast bread slices, Place on a baking sheet Spread 125ml ( 1/2 cup) tuna mixture on each slice.
- Bake in a 190* C ( 375*F) oven for 10 min or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately cut in half for meal size servings, in quarters or sixths for snack size serving.
Makes: 6 meal size servings or 12 snack size servings.
