Stir Fry Salad with Rice

| cup Minute rice brand rice, prepared according to package directions | 1 |
Directions
- Cook chicken in oil in large nonstick frypan, until cooked through Add vegetables; cook an additional 2 minutes or until tender crisp
- Mix dressing and soy sauce
- Toss chicken mixture with greens, rice and dressing mixture Serve immediately
