Christina Follett joined the NCPEI team in November, 2016 as the Aboriginal Family Wellness Coordinator. Christina graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1998 with her Bachelor of Science and Dalhousie University with a Diploma of Dental Hygiene in 2003. Christina moved to PEI in 2003 with her family and has made PEI her home. It is her personal and professional goal to help others in achieving overall health and happiness.
The goal of the wellness program is to promote overall personal & family wellness, as it relates to the Medicine Wheel. It is Christina’s vision to create and continue programs for all members and staff, from infants to elders, that help reduce pain, reduce stress and increase sleep. It is her aim to be a bridge for all off reserve members to programs and tools to achieve happiness by living your most authentic life.
